Why is share market fluctuating a lot?

i thought with Greece crisis, there will be more foreign investment in India coz people will withdraw there funds from Greece n may be Invest in India...........but y this soo much downslide in share market?????????

Its because of Fall in Markets in US/ Europe.... Its aftermath is usually felt in india.

the fall in Indian markets is much more than DOWjones........some intellects r saying that its a Greece effect...........

Brother sens*x come 17800 to 16000 i.e. 10% fall but dow come down to 11200 to 9900 i.e. 12% then how you say india market falling more then dow??

Hello Friends!!

The fall in the Indian market is due to concern over the global scenario. The exposure of India towards europe is not very significant, but the currency exposures makes it difficult for Indian markets to sustain!!

The greece crisis & US recovery still remain a concern in the short term.

As far as fall in Indian markets are concerned, I think keeping in view the domestic growth outlook its an buying opportunity in good sectors & specific stocks..for say..Oil & Gas..consider reliance below 1000..its a good buy. Also, one can put his hands in FMCG & Pharma sectors which shows lot of development in the domestic market itself.

It was predicted to have a lot fluctuation in Indian market in April only for the month of May.... So its not the concerned...

US market is down cause the employement ratio is very low which was published last week.

Europe market is down casue of greece deficit and rumours of Italy is the same.....so its making in short... Governement here has bann short selling to help the market to recover.

Indian market is low casue of profit booking and the big investors needs to come in the battleground... IN month of june it is expected to have market around 5200-5300 easily.... There is just a panic casue of US/Europe markets and so we see a downfalll......

Least but not the last... Indian share market is termed now as an independent market and which is not affected by others market.....But noe we are also creating an impact on them...

As far as Indian Economy is concerned, this is nothing wrong in it. These are only foreign market sentiments that forcing our market towards downward.

In fact, this correction in indian market is good for longterm investors, as they have got a chance to buy at lower levels.

So don't worry about such kind of corrections. HAPPY INVESTING :)

The fluctuations are a part of game.

Investors no need to panic.

One bad news drags the market,some good news on the same issue takes back the market..

Loosers at the end are those who panic..Patience pays.

This is the beauty of share market. If the sharemarket will behave as you like than people will not do any job and just dabble in share market only.

The hard facts are that when majority feel the market will go up, it will go down. And reverse is also true. This is broad factor.
