Due to negative trend in Energy Sector.

There are multiple reasons for the sharp fall:
1. Extremely long working capital cycle resulting in negative free cash flows for the company. Over and above that, the company is Highly levered.
2. It is exposure to troubled Power sector. Company's key customers include state electricity boards which are struggling with their finances.
3. Almost entire Promoter's shareholding is pledged. Significant correction in prices must have led to further margin calls being triggered. This would have led to liquidating of pledged shares in the open market.
4. Company is a Hyderabad based company with Reddy's as its promoters. Investors are playing safe by exiting the companies where they doubt governance issues.
This stock is now beyond investor's control and is now a favourite of the punters / operators. Be careful while investing in this scriptt.

As per my analysis, ICSA is not fundamentally strong scriptt.
