Whther examination fees paid to icai covered under 80c
Whether Examinationation Fees Paid to ICAI & Gmcs Fees are Covered Under the Section 80C of Income Tax Act 1961.

Not covered. Deduction available to an assesee only in respect of tution fees paid for 2 children for full time education only. If the assesee has paid tution fees for self also then also deduction u/s 80c is not available.
Agreed with above reply. This exemption is available only in respect of tuition fees paid for full time education. Examination fees n GMCS fees will not be covered in this.
