Who will be deductor of TDS

the company which deduct TDSis the deductor(i.e., the company in which that employee works). all the way you can demand Form 16 part A and part B from the company, in that form you will get all the details of deductor and tan of the company
concerned zao will be the deductor in respect of central government pensioners... if you download your 26AS, you will get the details of tan etc
The Pension related tds deducted by the Treasury or Bank....
for central government employees, treasury is zao
