Who shall bear the increased amount of tax?
whether GST is applicable on the contract executed under earlier regima or vat is applicable ? In the event gst is applicable who shall bear the additional amount of tax on the contract executed in the earlier regima?

On each contract taxes are applicable as per applicable taxes.
hence GST shall be automatically applicable on the contract. Charge GST on the invoice itself.

Yes... If any contracts booked before GST regime the same is renewal/extend in GST regime then GST is applicable...
Also the agreement only prepared in previous regime But billing in GST regime then also GST applicable...
