If there is trade fair in delhi i go from punjab to sell my stock in delhi... For 4-5 days.. I will register as casual person in delhi

casual person means who usually done supply of goods and services but doesn't have permanent place of business.

For example, most of the event management companies may opt for a casual registration in another state wherein they may obtain some work assignment, but which is not their place of business.
