I'm a serious investor in Stock Market. Not indulged in intra-day or any other form of speculative trading. Currently using ICICI Direct as a platform..
Though I have a day job, I would like to know, which would be better option to be serious player in stock market as a Retail Investor via ICICI Direct or start an LLP/entity and through that make investment in the stock market..
Pl. guide and suggest..

Dear Viguu, Since you are a very serious investor and do not want to do any intraday trading, then it is better to continue with icicidirect. Do only investment as an individual it is a better option for you. You can also to call and trade with the said broker.
My sincere advice is to invest in stock market as an Individual.
