Whether I need to file MGT - 14 for appointment of new director and resignation of other director if both the directors are non-executive directors?? Please solve my query
As per the New Company Forms DIR-12 must be filled for the Appointment of Directors with in 30 Days from the date of Appointment of Director.
You need to file MGT 14
It is not required to file the MGT-14 for appointment of director, only DIR-11, DIR-12 have to file.
