U dont need to file mgt 14
According to me, the same should be filed....
As per the New Company Forms DIR-12 must be filled for the Appointment of Directors with in 30 Days from the date of Appointment of Director.
You need to file MGT 14
It is not required to file the MGT-14 for appointment of director, only DIR-11, DIR-12 have to file.
Kindly note that MGT -14 need to be filed in case of
(1) to appoint or remove KMP;
(2) to take note of appointment(s) or removal(s) of one level below the KMP
