actually i got the problem in deciding whether i m eligible for final exam or not. i read all the links and answers but still m getting confusion. so i request u to make me clear with yes or no answer
actually i cleared my ipcc 1st group in nov 2011. i joined article training from 4th of april. i worked there upto 23rd of august. then i took transfer. i couldnt get training upto 14th of octover,2012. then i finally joined back in new firm from 15th oct 2012. now i m getting in confusion that whether i m eligible for my final exam which will going to held in nov 2014. or i m not eligible. please reply me with yes or no.

What is your articleship completion date??
you can appear in attempt preceding 6 month from your articleship date.
3rd April 2015 if the gap of 50 days is counted as articleship period
you can appear in nov 14
At least 2.5 years of aricleship needs to be completed for appearing in CA final Exams..
In case of excess leaves then it has to be served,
If you leave is less than 1/6th of the working days then you can write Nov,2014 exams...
i want to know whether the gap of 50 days is calculated as leave or not? if it is calculated as leave then i know that i will be eligible. if it is not counted as leave, then i will not be able to complete 2.5 years of my training. so make me clear about this.
It depends on the total working days,
E.g if you had worked for 350 days within 2.5 years then 1/6th of 350 would be allowed as leave i.e, 58 Days would be allowed...
