Whether a person can opt to tax audit a business whose gross receipts exceed 2 crores and opt for presumptive income @ 8% for another business having gross receipts of 20 lakhs?

giridharji this is the base of income tax... the head of incomes are to be selected depending on the type of income... pls do mention your background before providing info on topic of which u r not an expert of... a simple declaration can help other person to reconfirm...
