When is institute gonna issue suggested and declare result??

No . I dont know and nobody can tell you with any assurity . All can just guess . This is mostly how  the forums related to results and related stuff are . Everyone just keeps guessing and breaking their heads over it with their different opinions and answers and ideas and it makes a huge forum and discussion without any conclusion . A good time pass to do and nothing else . Keep asking . You will never get to any exact answer until officially declared .
