when invoice upload

in case of service if you issue invoice within 30 days of provision of service than the time of supply will be date of issue of invoice (assuming payment has been made after issue of invoice)...
in your case if you provided service on or after 5 July than gst liability will arise in August and due date of payment will be 20 september....but if you have provided before 5 July than liability will be arise in July and due date of payment will be 20 August....
read section 30 and 31 for better understanding
