Exact date not declared, but before 1st October, 2017.
Quiet possible from 1st July 2017
may be 1st September
overall 72 percent enrolled, so don't think 1st July feasible.
it has to come in to effect before 15th September 2017
commodities tax rates work is pending. it will come before Aug 17

Mr. Sunil Sharma is Right. It was declared that GST will be applicable from 1st July 2017 but due to software problem the GST applicabality has been extend to Sept 2017...
still no formal announcement for extension of GST due date....
Exact date not yet announced but it can be 1st july or 1st September and at last by 15 September due to constitutional compulsion..
So you can say that any date on or before 15 september 2017
