as per my knowelede the limit is 180000/- pa,,,,,, is it correct ?

you are correct that ceiling limit for tds deduction is 180000=00 p.a. subject to the tds rate-
1) @ 2 % for rent on plant , machinery & equipment @ 2%
2) @ 10 % for rent on land & building , furniture & fixture for all persons..
