What to do with the amount showing under electronic credit ledger?

The last financial year of a company had some purchase invoices of whiteboards, laptops etc for office use. So all of these have been claimed for ITC. We are just filing GSTR1 and GSTR3 on monthly basis and haven't' filed any GST annual return.

Electronic Credit Ledger

The financial year 2020-2021   --  October 2020                   -- ITC balance as on date 05-10-2020 is      1,617.00

We haven't collected any taxes as all invoices have been issued under LUT to international clients that come under Zero rates supply.

Now, do we need to claim a full refund of ITC accumulated or just file a GST annual return?

You cannot file for refund through annual return. Please file for refund separately.
