Subject to clauses of Sec 10(13A) rule 2A
If the annual rent paid exceeds Rs. 1,00,000/- it is mandatory to report the PAN of the landlord to claim HRA exemption. If the landlord refuses to give his PAN, then you cannot claim HRA for the rent paid in excess of Rs. 1,00,000/- and your employer will deduct the TDS accordingly

As I have mentioned sir he is ready to give his PAN card but he is taking the rent in cash. So still i can claim HRA

Yes , you can claim the HRA. As of now no dis allowance for the claim if you are having the agreement and rent receipts.
Three conditions are to be satisfied

What is the three conditions. Please guide me.
