minor accept a offer made to firm, in absence of other member of firm, and when other members return the minor orally express offer to partners without mentioning the terms laid down in contract, but other partners find taht offer is lucrative opportunity so they continue process to fulfilled contract, then they come too know about terms and then denied. so contact is valid
