What is the process for registration in CS Final?

Hello Friends,

Today I have cleared my Both Modules of CS Executive Programme. Now i have to register for Professional Programme on or before 28th Feb., 2011. That means now I have only one day (28 feb) to full fill all the formalities related to this.

So, plz tell me what is the process regarding documents to be attached and fee structure?
