My self forgot to file my ITR of AY 2010-11, due to i was stationed abroad from my company. Now i want to file what is the procedure and how much will be the penalty.
I have my form -16 from my company in which all the deducted tax details i have.

As far as Provisions of the Income Tax Act 1961 is concerned, you can file Income Tax return ( either manually / online ) within one year from the end of the relevant assessment year, then in that case a penalty should be imposed u/s 271F, failure to furnish return of income before the end of the relevant A.Y subject to a penalty of Rs. 5000/=, but unfortunately, last date of IT Return filling for the a.y 2010-2011 is 31/03/2012.
Therefore , time is over and you can't do that,
