We are a Trader in Excise Goods paying Lorry Freight .
We are claiming exempted turnover on lorryfreight paid less than or upto Rs750/-.
Now my question is while e filing of ST3 return the return form displays 38 Notifications to claim exemption.In my case what is the appropriate Notifn No.Please kindly reply

what is the limit 10lakhs/8lakhs
10 lakhs RECEIVED to start payment of service tax and 9 LAKHS received to register with the department.
