What is the need of filling aoc4 ?
please tell me why it is mandatory for companies to filie AOC4

As per Companies Act, 2013 every company has to file their financial statements within 30 days from the date of agm in form aoc-4 with registrar of companies
thank you so much for reply sir , i have one doubt i.e it should be filled with registrar within 30 days from due date of AGM (30/09) or from date of agm on which company held its AGM
within 30 days from the date on which company held its agm.
