What if wrong mobile no. used while registering

A CA used wrong mobile number while registering a client's PAN on efiling site. He couldnot activate the registration without the pin sent on mobile.

Now, If I try to register him again, a message comes that the PAN is already registered. If I try to Login, it says that "account not activated". So, how can we now solve the problem? 

Pl help!
