What document should be see while buying a house in chalw

See the agrement,

rent recipts paid,

whethe any loan taken earlier and any charge on asset,

sale deed registered with authority,

repairs and maintainence to be paid monthly by whom and how much and similar charges?

i have made notary when i brought

i have house rent receipt of gram panchayat

electricity bill in my name

water bill of grampanchyat in name chalw

chalw is no register

is there any risk ?

Risk is dat if ur room has been subect to any secuirty for loan taken by previous owner then u willlater be in trouble...so first get in writing from seller about that ur room is free from any security given by him for any loan and take it on samp paper as evidence.
