What can be intention of ICAI by Re-Allowing choice in exam?

1) I think past 2 exam results which are of single digit, ALL TIME LOW -3/6/9% etc.

2) Also it was highly injustice when they removed options for the first time in NOV-09 exam

3) They might have received criticism from students/Govt. (As ICAI is governed by Govt they are answerable to our Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)

Anyways, its a welcome change from ICAI. Now I think they should bring more transparency in exam results tooo.....

too low results may be the reason for this change...but really a pleasant surprise by icai

inki chaal hai ye result low declare karenge aur bolenge ki humne toh is baar choice bhi di thi fir bhi students nahi kar paye........

tum log ye sab choddo aur ye kosish karo ki ye kitna bhi tough bana le tab bhi pass to inhe karna hi padega . you make yourself stable in the list of pass students.

I think that there will not be any choice question in the examination, as in the anouncement have you noticed that it is not been signed by any of the official..........From this type of announcement they are trying to test the student mentally also in the examination as they often do with such types of announcement before the exam..............So, guys from my point of  view  dont trust this notification..... i.e. dont change your strategic plans for preparation............if in the exams there are choice question its good.......... but as a student we should not believe in this type of notification........as insti donot hv good past track record.....

I think Akash may be right.....This might be the trap of ICAI .....They did this before also at the time of MAY-10 Final (New) exam where similar kind of notification was issued regarding AS-30/31 that students will not be tasted on practical problems of the same AS. However, In exam , we got such questions. This is rediculous if they are intentionally doing such cheap things.....

There is some problem... 

If ICAI Says there will be no choice, then students panic and blame ICAI.

If ICAI says there will be choice, then students again panic and blame ICAI and think there is some doubt in announcement. 

You must be happy from this announcement.

The Insti is trying to lure students by sumthing new this time.
