Quick Summary
For ITR-3 filings without maintaining books of account, presumptive receipts are declared under Schedule BP. While the cash-in-hand field is strictly for physical cash, bank balances are reported via account registration in Part A-GEN. If your income exceeds ₹50 Lakhs, you'll also need to include these details in Schedule AL.

In ITR-3 without books of account, declare presumptive receipts directly under Schedule BP. The cash-in-hand field should only contain actual cash, while bank details/balances are captured through account registration in Part A-GEN or Schedule AL (if income > ₹50 Lakhs).
