I am planning to start a company in Mumbai and want to keep my starting office costs low. Instead of renting a full office, I am thinking about using a virtual office address in Mumbai. So, I want to know if a virtual office address can be used for company registration with MCA and GST registration in Mumbai. If yes, what documents are usually needed? For example, do I need a rent agreement, NOC, electricity bill, or any other address proof?

I also want to know if there is any difference between using a virtual office address for company registration and using it for GST registration. What things should I check before choosing a virtual office provider? I want to make sure that the address and documents are valid and that I do not face problems during the registration process.
