What about the audit book by VK Agarwal.....which one is better Phaduka or VK Agarwal...

for auditing...........pahuka  is better in examination point of view.........but i feel for company law....Jayaraman Sir material is good............and indirect Taxes...Mr Vydeeswaran...is gud.

DT - T.N. Manoharan (Support this book with V.K. Singhania where your concepts are not clear, DON'T READ FULL V.K. Singhania)
