Any Land situated at Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority(Auda) with NA permission (Land which is more than 8 KM away from AMC(Abad Mun.Corpo.) Wealth Tax Applicable? What will be answar if situated within 8KM from AMC with NA permission(i.e.Non Agri Land)? What will be answar if within or more than 8 KM away from AMC but Agri land in Auda?

if land is situated in rural Area (away more then 8 KM from AMC) then irrespective of its use of land (agricultural or other), not consider for computation of taxable wealth.
and if land (With out NA permission) is situated in urban area then and not used for commercial purpose by assessee then it will be considerd for computation of taxable wealth.
but if land is agricultural land then it would be from exempt from computation of taxable wealth.(With NA permission)
