All the documents relating to the petition for delay in filing form 8 are ready.. need to take out the print out..
i want to no wat all stamp paper and all and with what amount they are required..
1.)petition on the green legal paper. any court fee stamp required??? or only on the green legal paper
2) form 5(memorandum of appearance)- on wat kind of paper and how much amount non judiacial stamp paper required?
3)Affidavit verifying the petition- on wat kind of paper and how much amount non judiacial stamp paper required?
please guide me
