Want your opinion on Appointment of auditor

In a query raised by Ms.Sneha, she had asked for the procedure for appointment of auditor for a listed co when

the current / retiring auditor expressed his UNWILLINGNESS  to be reappointed at the next AGM, in which there are two different opinions

Please give your opinion on the same

According to Section 225(1) a special notice is required for resolution at an Annual General Meeting aapointing an auditor other than a retiring auditor
