 Hello Shalini,

The 15 months training is compulsory for all, which you can undergo either from Companies (having paid up capital 50 lacs) sponsored by the Institute after passing the Executive or Professional Programme or through the apprenticeship of a Company Secretary in Practice.

Ofcourse you can self search or you can refer Institue publications wherein it publishes list of those concerned companies and practising CS.
