Visa certification by chartered accountant

Good Evening,

I have a doubt in visa certification of UK, please clarify as soon as possible, One of my client and his wife were going to UK so they need visa certification for applying visa, the process in case of UK is to drop the certificates in drop box instead of interview so do i need to give separate certificate to each of them or only one for both?
