Very very very confused between itsm books

you must take dinesh madan sir book for ITSM paper & thorouly revise it for better understanding & donot  confused to select as dinesh madan is most preferable by all

for IT SM , i studied ICAI study mat ( may 2010 PCC ) that time we did'nt had practice manuals... but still managed to secure exemption in it, so go through study mat only..... (my advice)
