I had registered my friend's PAN for the purposes of efiling his return, but I havent received the activation link to the mail ID which I had given, now am not able to register again so wats the way out ?????

Kindly check with ASK (Aayakar Samparak Kendra) : 0124 2438000
Try logging into the incometax efiling site with the PAN and password. You will get status about the activation. Follow instructions.
may be ur mail box is full, or have u received the link in ur mail box, then u have u re enter the pan no. in the login details , then it wil show wheth er u have registered in the I.T site or not if registered then type the pan no. & link forgot password button then it will ask the new password to be provided , give the new password in the login details .

Verify whether u have entered correct email-id
check ur trash can...or try logging through 'forgot password' option. You must be remembering ur secret answer...
