I dont think this will be applicable for Nov 09 exams.. as it has came out very recent.. and ICAI has already announced the amendments applicable for exams

Agree with you to a certain extent.

But a basic understanding of ICDR and most importantly knowledge of amendment is 100% mandatory. Especially when we are talking about CA FINAL.

Main guidelines are from page 1 to 205. Everything is not imp. You have to search frequently asked exam qus in the new guidelines.
