Very urgent Announcement_Rescission of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines

Notification of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009

The Board has framed the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 which have been notified on August 26, 2009.

The ICDR Regulations have been made primarily by conversion of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 (since rescinded).

Please find attach herewith SEBI Circular No. SEBI/CFD/DIL/ICDRR/1/2009/03/09 Dated September 3, 2009

If any one of you required Latest SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 notified on August 26, 2009 and made effective SEBI Circular No. SEBI/CFD/DIL/ICDRR/1/2009/03/09 Dated September 3, 2009 amended up to August 20, 2009, please let me know. I'll send you the same.

i dont think sir this amendment will be applicable for nov 09 term since  in the recent newsletter of institute its mentioned that sebi guidelines are applicable amendment made till 24th feb 09.Kindly chech this sir ankur garg and reconfirm .
