hello friends i am new in cci;posting a new forum so please help me,i am 24 years old i am in c.a final,going to appear for may 2014 exams 1st group'accounts and sfm ki coachings puri ho gayi hai from best faculties'audit and law ki self study karuga,i use to study in library in delhi,also took coachings from delhi too,now tell me if suppose i study atleast 10 to 12 hours regularly including sundays in library and take 8hours of sleep at home,then just tell me its in my mind that i think that if i do some exercise regularly then concentration,focus and output will increase in studies and i will feel fresh and gr8 during the whole day rather than just sitting and studying and sleeping....i am ready to do gym for muscle exercises or for jogging or walking etc...just tell me is it ok to do gym along with studies...will it affect my studies in context of concentration,focus and output or should i do just studies without doing any exercises?

Hi Its all depend upon person to person some people feel fresh after doing gym n some feel tired According to me dont waste ur time in gym as it will coz u body pain Insted of that do yoga,meditation and walking Yoga n meditation will increase ur concentration n grasping power N ur plan regarding study is very good that plan motivate me also Rest choice is urs All the best :-)
