Please tell me VAT rate for MS C Class Pipe. As our vendor charged 5% for the same

Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act ... of pipes cover under schedule entry, C72, where rate applicable 5.50%.

MVAT rate for Mild Steel Pipes / SS Pipes / GI Pipes etc. w.e.f. 1st April 2016 is 5.5% and prior to 1st April 2016 was 5%
