While calculating Goodwill, When should we use capital employed and when to use Average capital employed?
Dont we always have to calculate avg capital employed because some of the solutions make out of capital employed not avg capital employed.
Pls Help!
when you are using weighted avg FMP then use capital employed or closing capital employed and when you are using simple avg FMP then use avg closing capital employed.... my answer is excused if the question otherwise provide.....
