Dear Sir,
I want to Income Tax Return E-Filling one of My Client, My Client earlier doing E-Filling other person, now he has no User Id & Password, now i want to E-Filling their person return. so how i can get User Id & password?
Please give me suggestion.

The user id would be your client's pan and for the password you will have the options of either
(i) resetting it by calling the income tax department's call centre or
(ii) if you have the answer to the security question or
(iii) if you have the last years e filed it return, you can feed the acknowledgment number and you can reset the password.
