Sir a person raise a bill to unregistered person now he want to issue credit note and that person has taken registration in gst than in which column of gstr 1 should be shown this information?

if invoice is raised to unregistered person, but we cant issue taxable credit note againt same invoice.
Take the purchase bill instead of raising CNT

as per my knowledge issue non taxable credit note and no need to report in GSTR1.
