urgent - what to do now

hello everyone,

i applied for re verification of cs executive dec 2010 exam. but it's not showing that my application has been received by them or not at https://www.icsi.in/verificationquery/verificationquery.aspx , i sent on 3rd march . what to do now? i have dropped mail to the institute. anyone of u also facing this problem?
