Whether there is any ceiling on no. of audits of private companies which a chartered accountant is used to undertake? I m confused whether answer should be given in respect of companies amemdment act, 2000 which implies that as per section 224(1B), there is no ceiling on no. of private companies audit or whether it should be as per notification issued by ICAI regarding 30 company audits including both private and public.
