DEAR SIR/MADAM,



IF A QUESTION IS ASKED IN ISCA PAPER RELATED TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, THEN IN WHICH MANNER OUR ANSWER WILL BE RIGHT? WHICH IS APPROPRIATE TO USE FROM THE FOLLOWINGS:-

(a) SECTIION- 22(for eg.) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000

(b) SECTION -22(for eg.) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008

(c)SECTIION- 22(for eg.) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000,as amended by INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008

please answer as soon as possible.

IS IT THAT MUCH IMPORTANT TO GIVE SECTION NO. AND NAMING THE ACT WITH YEAR OF AMENDMENT IN ANSWER FOR ISCA PAPER.......

Whether there is any ceiling on no. of audits of private companies which a chartered accountant is used to undertake? I m confused whether answer should be given in respect of companies amemdment act, 2000 which implies that as per section 224(1B), there is no ceiling on no. of private companies audit or whether it should be as per notification issued by ICAI regarding 30 company audits including both private and public.

Requires help urgently
