One of my friend is from Nepal. He want to sell his product in India.
The item he is dealing is Cattle Feed - 'Nil' rate category in GST & the buyers are Unregistered.
Can he open his office in India, take GST registration separately, make Stock transfer /import from own business Unit and Sale in India. What is the process. Plz suggest.

He is a Non resident indian so he must take GST registration for doing business in India
Can he do business by taking GST registration. Than he make Stock transfer or Sale to himself firm in India after gst registration
