Help reqd in getting Professional Tax challan

We had paid professional tax for FY 2026-27 and accordingly got the SMS along with GRN acknowledging the payment has been made. However; the screen went blank and we could not download the challan

Raised complaint on Mahagst.gov.in website & they responded stating complaint has been resolved.

However; the Mahagst website is so user unfriendly and slow; that we are unable to view the complaint resoultion nor any sign of the challan paid

Even Mahagst helpline numbers just keep ringing or eternal busy

Request help in suggesting how to retrieve the challan

Since payment has already been acknowledged by SMS and GRN, please do not make payment again. First check on Mahagst portal under PT services through ‘e-Payment – PTRC/PTEC’, ‘View/Verify e-Payment’ and ‘e-Track Status’. If payment status is successful, preserve SMS, GRN, bank debit proof and screenshot. If challan is still not downloadable, raise or re-open a service ticket on Mahagst under PTRC/PTEC → Payment and attach all proofs, specifically mentioning blank screen after payment. In the meantime, bank debit entry + GRN may be kept as temporary evidence of payment.
