I have applied for a name for name approval in the form INC 1..The name is for e.g. stable private limited…I have checked that this name does not resemble any existing company…The error given by the roc after few days that the name is too general….Now, the client is adamant that he requires only that name….What is the solution?
ROC will noc accept such a name and as the objective of the company is not defined in the name.The word stable is commanly used word being General.Add objective to the word Stable as described by Miss.Vandana that wil resolve your purpose.
