For GCL refer scanner.. most of the questions are repeated from past examination..

PLEASE PROPERLY MENTION YOUR COURSE OR EXAM...

I THINK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT GCL.

    DON'T WORY CONCENTRATE ON THE SCANNER  NICELY AND GO THRU THE CONCEPT.

DO STARTING 2 CHAPTER NICELY AND MISCLENOUS TOPIC SUCH AS SPECIAL RELIEF ACT , INFO ACT,  STAMP , TRS OF PROP ACT NICELY.

ALL MISC TOPICS ARE BASED ON COMMEN SENSE JUST READ IT ONCE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.

just do the scanner that is more than .....

& if u are doing from RGT then please skip 1st 3 chepters & give youe full focus on remaining 7 chepaters So that remaining 7 chepater will cover aroud 75 to 80 marks...

& lastly if u have some time then give your time to these starting 3 chepters

Important topics can be given in GCL to concentrate more on selected but not to study them alone. You do one thing try to get Suchita Prakashan's Comprehensive notes for GCL. This is best book I've seen, its hardly some 200-300 pages n may cost u arround 150/-.

well to say as topics to be covered must in GCL are Constitution, Arbitration Concileation, CPC, CrPC, Transfer of preperty, specific releaf and Evidence act.  you buy that book n concentrate more on these topics n try a bird view review on rest topics as u can't leave any topic untouched to score good or to pass atleast.

Tax Laws Plz give ur 100 percent on VAT, Service Tax nd Wealth tax,

then you try salaries house property n capital gains like reviewing them, and finally small topics like basics, agriculture income, advance tax, filing of return etc get a brief idea on them.

Finally try to cover the most topics possible in d time left. If u r attempint 1st group alone u've ample time to cover all the topics.
