Urgent helppppppp plz

hi friends,

                             m mansi .i had given Ca final exam first time in nov-2010,bt nt cleared, d same result i got in May-2011,n Nov-2011,i m doing self study becoz of poor finacial position, i m doing part time job also. in nov-2011exam i was sure dat i will do it.bt  i got very poor marks . i m in depression ,what 2 do or nt,i dnt knw,how can i handle dis ? i dnt have any friends .plz guide me what can i do.plzzzzz
