No for starting article first it is mandatory to clear first group of IPCC and not second. If anybody is clearing second group of IPCC He/ She cannot start Articleship training.

But as per New Rule Article can be start after cpt.

First 9 month training should complete and then person is eligible for IPCC Exam

Correct me If i am wrong other CCI member...

No,u cannot start till u pass any of d groupsof ipcc.

this rules r not accepted. cpt n graduation level both r same. but why statr articleship for graduate student n not for current ipcc student who alredy have 65% in graduation. in my cess i have cleared graduation with 65% but if may 2012 ipcc result negetice. so i m not stat articaleship on the base of graduation????????????????????

Dear Rajesh Choudhary, thank you for your replay, here one more question, my degree percentage less than 55% in commerce and Cleared CPT. am i eligible for article, in this regard notification says

 

Explanation.- For the purposes of sub-regulations (1A) and (1B),-

(i) for calculating the percentage of marks, the marks secured in subjects

in which a person is required by the University (including open University)

to obtain only pass marks and for which no special credit is given for

higher marks, shall be ignored; and

 please replay for this.

you are eligible but for that you have to registered for IPCC so for that wait till aug 16th notification
