but after result he has to fill the final registration form...and letter from institure take around one months....then how can he fill the CA Final exam form..he has to mention the final registration number ...is i m right

The registration number does not change it will be remain same as in PCC.

He is eligible for Nov

After clearing PCC you need to register for final, but any ways your taking in nov you have time for that...

balu sir...i was just asking that suppose if i clear my pcc in may 2011...n my articleship is completed can i give the exam of final in nov 2011...institutes take time to register....

no Rahul Institiue do not take much time to regiater for final... 

myself passed PCC in NOV-10 attempt.. and now geting reg wiyh ICAI i am giving MAy -11 attempt....
